WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?We make all our treats at time of order to ensure the longest shelf life (since we don't use any preservatives). Therefore, there are no returns since we can't reuse the treats we make. That said, we make every effort to get an order right! If you are unhappy with your shipment, we ask that you give us a chance to make it right. Please reach out and let's discuss. Your repeat business is what we are striving for.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?YES!! You can purchase a gift certificate for birthdays, holidays, teacher gifts, fundraisers, or any other reason. Just reach out to us, and we'll be happy to help with a custom amount that is suitable for your gift.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?All ingredients are USDA human grade foods. We use no fillers, no byproducts of any kind, and no preservatives. All treats are salt free and most are sugar free - unless of course sodium and sugar occur naturally in fruits and veggies. Treats with icing may have minimal sugars, but no salt. We strive for the cleanest, healthiest, whole food ingredients as much as possible.

THESE TREATS LOOK GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME TO EAT! CAN I?While technically you can because all treats are made using 100% human grade foods, they are quite bland to our taste buds because they are made without sugar and salt. It just goes to show how much sugar and salt are in our day-to-day foods! But my daughter and I have taste tested all recipes out of curiosity... I mean, purely for research purposes...ha! :O)

MY DOG HAS ALLERGIES OR OTHER AILMENTS. WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST?Allergies or joint issues - Try our gluten free options in all our recipes. We make the treats using a gluten free oat flour from Bob's Red Mill (love this company!). Itchy skin - Pick treats that have oats or oat flour in them. Oats are great for skin and coats. Want to keep eyes healthy? Check out our dehydrated sweet potato crisps - with or without cinnamon. (Ok, this might be the one treat I can actually get into - quite yummy with cinnamon, if I do say so myself!) Please ask if your dog has a special nutritional need. I'd love to help come up with a healthy recipe for your pooch to meet his/her needs. ❤️
